Last night after playing with my GPS Garmin Map76cxs, I saved 3 tracks to the memory and deleted a bunch of old stuff. The 3 tracks are intact and in the saved memory. I want to download these tracks to GPS Exchange, I have an account by never uploaded anything to activate it. I attempted to follow some of the steps, but for some reason with the connected as shown on the gps, I can't seem to find the connection on the computer. But I can't find it.
Do I have to reload topo Canada? Do I have to reload my Garmin solftware?
What Fields have to be filled out to get the site to recognize and retrieve my gps tracks?

I was at it for a couple of hours. :pissed:

I have uploaded tracks there before with no problems.
They have to be saved on your PC in GPX format and uploaded from there not just from your GPS.

Right, I agree, the trick is ensuring the files you are attempting to upload are in GPX format.

The site will accept both gpx and gdb file formats. Be advised that the site is very quiet now and the administrator (Christian) can be unresponsive when it comes to authorizing new members.
